Being fobbed off as being "hormonal" or going through "the change" can be soul destroying and is disrespectful. I help every client to understand what is happening within their body, what they can do on an individual level to improve symptoms and how to gain control of their own health. Education is key and knowledge is empowering.
I practice using a non diet and body neutral approach.
