STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION

Women just like you found their way through

Every journey is different, but you don't have to navigate yours alone. Here's what some of our clients have shared about their experience with MenoCare.

"For years I thought I was losing my mind. The brain fog, the anxiety, the sleepless nights—nobody told me this could be menopause. MenoCare helped me understand what was happening and gave me tools to cope. I finally feel like myself again."

"The group sessions changed everything. Realising I wasn't alone, that other women were going through the same struggles—it was such a relief. My family has noticed the difference. I'm calmer, more present, more... me."

"I'd been to three GPs before finding MenoCare. They all said it was 'just stress.' Finally, someone listened and understood. The holistic approach addressed not just my mood but my sleep, energy—everything. Worth every penny."

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our menopause support services and how we can help you.

Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?

No, you can book directly with us. We often work alongside GPs to provide holistic care, but a referral is not required to start your journey with MenoCare.

Are your services covered by private health insurance?

Many of our therapeutic services are covered by major Irish providers like Laya, VHI, and Irish Life Health. We recommend checking with your specific policy for "mental health support" or "counselling" coverage.

How long does a typical session last?

Most individual therapy and support sessions last for 50 minutes. Group workshops and specialised consultations may vary from 60 to 90 minutes.

Can I attend sessions online, or do I have to come to Dublin?

We offer full flexibility. You can attend in-person at our Dublin clinic or choose secure online video sessions from the comfort of your home anywhere in Ireland or the UK.
