"The group sessions changed everything. Realising I wasn't alone, that other women were going through the same struggles—it was such a relief. My family has noticed the difference. I'm calmer, more present, more... me."
"Realising I wasn't alone"
"I'd been to three GPs before finding MenoCare. They all said it was 'just stress.' Finally, someone listened and understood. The holistic approach addressed not just my mood but my sleep, energy—everything. Worth every penny."

Many of our therapeutic services are covered by major Irish providers like Laya, VHI, and Irish Life Health. We recommend checking with your specific policy for "mental health support" or "counselling" coverage.

Most individual therapy and support sessions last for 50 minutes. Group workshops and specialised consultations may vary from 60 to 90 minutes.
